My workflow

At my current stage I don’t do any client work and rarely put anything to external storage, apart from sentimental photos or everyday life photos. In this digital age of rapid photo taking, photos doesn’t get the attention it used to. Looking through album I rarely see many almost identical photos, so I try to keep the moments condensed. As for my school work I keep the photos that really stands out and delete the rest. I keep. My routine is simple.

My mapping system isn’t the strongest at the moment. Last semester I mapped everything by week, but it was difficult to find what week I did what, so for this semester I made sure to make the big assignment more obvious. When I get around to find myself a sturdy and good hard drive I will sort things by occasion and date.

It is important to keep client work for backup, in case their files get lost by them, gets corrupted, or your own PC crashes. Putting thing to external backup frees space for your PC and keeps your PC up to speed.
